An 88fd account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 88fd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which is available upon request. Bets placed via the 88fd platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 88fd will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances set out in Section 5.3.

Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed on the relevant market. 88fd may reduce maximum stake limits for individual players at its discretion without notice.
88fd offers dedicated markets for Pakistan Super League matches and all international cricket fixtures involving Pakistan. Standard cricket betting rules apply, including provisions for rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, abandoned matches, and over-reduction scenarios. The 88fd welcome bonus is available to new players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus on each constitutes bonus abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fd platform:
88fd reserves the right to share information with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where it reasonably suspects that criminal conduct has occurred. All associated funds in implicated accounts may be frozen pending investigation and, where fraud is established, permanently forfeited.
88fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred. In cases of suspected fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering, account suspension may take place immediately and without prior notice.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 88fd customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, subject to standard verification requirements.
On closure of an account for cause, 88fd is entitled to retain any balance representing bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds directly linked to prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not linked to any identified breach will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fd's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
88fd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the 88fd platform.
88fd is not responsible for interruptions to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service provider outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 88fd is governed by the 88fd Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at 88fd.buzz/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
88fd processes personal data including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data will not be sold to third-party marketing organisations.
88fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the 88fd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fd holds its international gaming license.
